We have teamed up with one of our favourite catering suppliers to bring you this amazing package offer! Based on 80 guests and applying to all remaining Summer weekend dates in 2018, you will get all of the below for £12,000 including VAT! (There is also a further discount on remaining mid-week dates).

This offer includes:

~ Full exclusive use of the Hall and Grounds, for the day of your wedding and the day after. You can also set up the day before your wedding

~ 10 luxury en-suite bedrooms including Honeymoon Suite for the night of the wedding (and Honeymoon Suite the night before the wedding)

~ Choose from any of our licensed areas for your ceremony

~ Stunning photo opportunities

~ Canapes, sumptuous 3-course meal and evening food for 80 guests

~ One reception drink and one toast drink per guest

~ 4 bottles of house wine per table (based on 8 tables) 

£55 per head for additional guests, £27,50 for additional children

First Course

~ Ham hock terrine with pickles, mustard mayonnaise & sourdough crostini
~ Smoked chicken panzanella salad – roast sweet peppers, croutons & parmesan
~ Chicken liver parfait brulee with fig & port chutney & sourdough toasts
~ Asian duck salad with chilli, lime & coriander dressing
~ Smoked salmon with avocado, tomato & dressed leaves
~ Salmon mousse with toasted ciabatta, lightly pickled cucumber & watercress
~ Roquefort, walnut and caramelised pear salad (V)
~ Creamy garlic mushrooms on a toasted crostini with balsamic glaze (V)
~ Caprese salad of heritage tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella & balsamic glaze (can also be served sharing style with artisan bread) (V)
~ Mezze sharing board – artisan breads – hummus – marinated olives – antipasti – olive oil & balsamic (V)
~ Creamy spiced parsnip and apple soup with rustic bread and butter (V)
~ Butternut squash, red pepper and chilli soup with rustic bread and butter (V)

Main Course

~ Braised beef brisket with a sticky bourbon glaze served with buttered new potatoes, celeriac remoulade & dressed leaves
~ Braised ox cheek with red wine jus, creamy mash & seasonal vegetables
~ Pork belly with cider and pork jus served with champ, glazed carrots & tender stem broccoli
~ Pork tenderloin with champ, cider sauce & seasonal vegetables
~ Free range roast chicken with chorizo & caramelized onions served with roasted new potatoes and a dressed green leaf & fig salad
~ Free range roast chicken breast with caramelised onion and red wine sauce and roast baby potatoes & seasonal vegetables
~ Roast Shropshire pork, crackling and stuffing with traditional roast accompaniments
~ Fillet of salmon with creamy white wine and tarragon sauce and baby potatoes
~ Caramelised red onion and goats cheese tart (V)
~ Leek, pea and smoked cheddar risotto (V)
~ Butternut squash, chic pea and apricot tagine with cous cous (V)

Evening food

~ Mac bowl – Macaroni cheese topped with smoky bacon or crispy shallot rings
~ Pasta bowl – penne topped with bolognaise sauce & cheese

For the first course & main course you can select a vegetarian option as well.

You can select up to two choices of dessert.
