Halloween Fright Night
On Saturday 28th October we held the second of our Open Air Cinema Experiences, this time with a rather spooky twist! Afterall, how can you make a scary movie more scary? Watch it outside, in the dark!!!
We were blessed again with fabulous weather (well as fabulous as it can be in October) and we went all out on decorating the Hall to get everyone in the Halloween spirit, with our staff really embracing the challenge!
Our fabulous Facebook followers helped us decide on the two best films to show - for the kids we chose to show Ghostbusters and for the hardened grown-ups we had The Shining. To really get everyone in the mood we held a fancy dress dress competition for he children which went very well, with a very cute little Ghostbuster winning first prize!!!
To make sure everyone was nice and warm and well fed, we had some beautiful mulled cider, chilli and jacket potatoes and hot chocolate, as well as some spooky treats!
We would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone that came, and we hope you had as much fun as we all did!!
