~ The Wain-House ~
The Wain-House is the newest addition to Garthmyl located in the stable yard opposite the Old Dairy, it's a self-contained apartment featuring a small kitchenette and double room with a ensuite.

We have started to landscape the pool in the field to the west of the Walled Garden ready for a jetty and a boathouse to provide additional luxury accommodation.
Overlooking un-spoilt Montgomeryshire views, it will be a romantic retreat with a cosy living room and log burner, and a neat kitchen area. Up a spiral staircase there will be a snug bedroom with bath and luxurious shower room. There will also be decking over-looking the pool where you can sit and enjoy your own personal breakfast hamper.
