National Open Garden Scheme.


We are very pleased to announce we will once again be opening the beautiful gardens here at Garthmyl Hall and participating in the National Open Garden Scheme for the fourth year running.

We welcome you to come along and have a walk throughout the grounds on Monday 8th July 2019, the gates shall be open between 12 midday - 5pm. Make sure to bring the kids along for an outdoor garden trail, all the trail information will be available at the front gate.

There will be a chance to buy tea, coffee and delicious cakes inside the house.

There will be a small entry fee of £4.00 and all proceeds will go to charity. Last year alone, the National Open Garden Scheme donated £3.1 million for The Queen’s Nursing Institute, Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Carers Trust, Hospice UK, Perennial, Parkinson’s UK and other guest charities. We regrettably inform you that some parts of the garden are not wheelchair friendly.
